ABOUT ME

I am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (Holistic Health Coach) & Personal Trainer with almost 4 years of experience. I have learned that health extends beyond physical fitness, encompassing relationships, mindful eating, daily routines, movement, & stress management, all influenced by environmental factors. Having never been taught how to care for my physical body, nervous system, or emotional state, I now emphasize the importance of conscious nutrition & & view movement as a form of medicine. After overcoming personal mental health challenges & achieving sobriety in 2022, I have developed a holistic understanding of the body. I am committed to assisting women of color like myself—where health & wellness are not traditionally prioritized—by offering a new perspective to help them achieve optimal health.

  • Whether you’re interested in one of my wellness coaching programs or personalized 1:1 training, I offer a complimentary 45-minute consultation to ensure the perfect fit for your needs. (Note: This does not apply to group training.) During this consultation—available via phone call, video call, or in person if local—we’ll discuss any questions you may have about my programs, review your current health, & explore your fitness goals. This personalized session will help you determine whether my program is the right choice to support your wellness journey.

  • Sessions are conducted at a location in Southeast Austin (78744), offering Monday through Thursday sessions lasting 60-70 minutes. Our subscriptions emphasize strength training, conditioning, & mobility, providing a comprehensive fitness experience. For those interested in evaluating a subscription before committing, we are pleased to offer the initial session at no cost.
